From prototypes to production runs, we now cut fabric and flexible materials in-house. Our automated Bullmer PremiumCut ELC delivers accuracy, consistency and greater production capacity with quality control and shorter lead times – all under one roof.
Automated Fabric Cutting
Computer-controlled single-ply cutting across a 3.2m × 3.2m area, reaching speeds of 96m/min and material depths of up to 25mm.
CONTINUOUS FEED SYSTEM
Our 3.2m-wide AWM automatic feeder uses powered feed and edge sensors to maintain accurate, consistent material flow.
MULTI-TOOL TECHNOLOGY
Oscillating knives, rotary blades and drag knives tackle varied materials, with integrated pen marking for precise lines and part identification.
