Introducing The Bullmer PremiumCut ELC
The Bullmer PremiumCut ELC combines automated material feeding with advanced cutting technology to deliver consistent, repeatable results across a range of materials and applications.
Designed to handle detailed designs and demanding production requirements, the system gives us the capacity to manage everything from individual cutting requirements to repeat production runs.
Key features of our new cutting system include:
- 3.2m × 3.2m cutting area for handling larger material layouts.
- 3.2m-wide AWM Automatic Feeder with powered material feeding.
- Integrated edge sensors to maintain accurate material alignment.
- Automated single-ply cutting for consistent, repeatable results.
- Multiple tooling options including oscillating knives, driven rotary blades and drag knives.
- Integrated pen marking for reference lines and part identification.
