Our new Tronzadoras MG GAA-500-90 features a powerful 500mm blade. It allows us to cut tubes up to 155mm (6.1″) diameter with exceptional accuracy. We achieve tolerances of +0.05mm, well within industry requirements.
But precision is only part of the story. With fully controlled feed rates, we can fine-tune each cut to suit the material grade and thickness. This ensures a consistently high quality finish. Combined with hydro-pneumatic feeding and a blade stroke limiter, it also maintains efficient throughput. This helps keep lead times short and pricing competitive.
